| AUSA dumper with bigfoot relaunched at HIREXOne of Great Britain's biggest hire equipment trade fairs has just taken place in the city of Birmingham. HIREX was held from February 27 through March 1, 2001. On the stands one could find the world's leading plant & tool manufacturers. AUSA-UK, the British branch company of the AUSA group was, of course, among them, showing its excellent rough-terrain forklifts and dumpers to attendees from the quality-conscience British market.
HIREX targets the plant hire industry, in which AUSA's machines are particularly well suited. The event is also attended by executives from construction companies looking for the machinery best equipped to solve problems in an ever more competitive sector in which efficiency is essential. And that is exactly what AUSA has to offer.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "The productivity of this machine has increased dramatically" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The vehicles on display included rough-terrain forklift models CH 150 and CE 7. Several of the 108 site dumper range were also present. Of particular mention was the 108 DA, fitted with a high-tipping bucket, a Perkins engine and the Bigfoot system.
The Bigfoot option for the 108 dumper is especially recommended for harsh climates. Its larger rear tyres provide a better grip and enhanced manoeuvrability on rough terrain, which combines with its powerful, quiet, water-cooled Perkins engine for a great response under any conditions. The Bigfoot is available on the full 108 dumper range.
Ged Bibby, who is in charge of AUSA UK, is convinced that, "with these changes that practically revolutionise the capabilities of the 108 dumper, we can expect a large-scale re-launching of this model on the UK market." Bibby continues, "The productivity of this machine has increased dramatically."
Mr. Bibby points out that the Spanish-based company is a world-class manufacturer of growing prestige in the UK, "AUSA's machines are continually gaining ground in the marketplace due especially to their reliable performance."
